DOMO: loyal sponsor of Wout van Aert
We are proud to announce that DOMO Elektro's logo will continue to appear on the jersey of cycling sensation Wout van Aert in the coming cyclo-cross seasons. DOMO Elektro has been the personal sponsor of cyclo-cross rider Wout van Aert since 2018 and will remain so in the coming years.
Not only is Wout van Aert a triple cyclo-cross world champion, he has also become one of the very best cyclists in the world in recent years. Classics such as Milan-San Remo, the Strade Bianche, Amstel Gold Race, Gent-Wevelgem, E3 Harelbeke and Omloop Het Nieuwsblad are already on his stacked resumé. In the Tour de France, he also demonstrated that he does not shy away from any challenge. Time trials, sprints or mountain stages: no road is too hard for him and no mountain too high. He always keeps on going, not only for himself but also for his team, showing that he is a true team player. Together we can always achieve more, and that is a message we also want to promote at DOMO Elektro: working together, building a better future together...
We at DOMO also share his perseverance, ambition and team spirit. And all the while, we keep our feet firmly on the ground, as people from the Kempen tend to do. DOMO Elektro is a family business founded by real Kempen people and our headquarters are in the heart of the Kempen region in Herentals. Most of our more than 50 employees are from this area, but the rest of Flanders and Belgium are also represented. DOMO Elektro is proud of its roots and, as an innovative and strong brand, likes to give talent from the region a boost.
Sportsmanship and health are values that are associated with top-level sport and which we at DOMO Elektro hold dear. A healthy mind in a healthy body in a healthy world could be our motto. We try to be as ecological as possible, for instance by installing solar panels on our roof and making the packaging of our appliances as ecological as possible by minimising the amount of plastic and Styrofoam... We try to promote a healthy lifestyle by focusing on tasty yet healthy dishes that can be prepared with our appliances. Within DOMO Elektro's wide range, there are also plenty of products aimed at a healthy and sporty lifestyle: soup makers, blenders, fruit presses, ... All top products that we can now link to a top athlete.
That is why we are honoured that Wout will remain an ambassador for our brand in the coming seasons. We cannot imagine a better representative.
