Ingredients
- 300 ml water
- 22 g olive oil
- 4 g salt
- 19 g sugar
- 375 g gluten-free flour
- 4 g grain yeast
- OR 8 g fresh yeast
Preparation
- Place the ingredients in the baking tray and bake the bread using the GLUTEN-FREE programme.
- If desired, you can also add seeds.
