  • Program: GLUTEN-FREE

Ingredients

  • 300 ml water
  • 22 g olive oil
  • 4 g salt
  • 19 g sugar
  • 375 g gluten-free flour
  • 4 g grain yeast
  • OR 8 g fresh yeast

Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients in the baking tray and bake the bread using the GLUTEN-FREE programme.
  2. If desired, you can also add seeds.
