Ingredients
- 1 kg floury potatoes
- 1 kg endive
- 6 tbsp pearl onions
- Skimmed milk or butter
- Season to taste with pepper, salt and nutmeg
Preparation
- Peel and cook the potatoes.
- Cut the endive finely and cook it in some water.
- Mash the potatoes and add a dash of skimmed milk or a pat of butter for extra creaminess.
- Stir the finely cut endive and pearl onions into the purée.
- Season to taste with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
