Ingredients
- 250g flour
- ½ litre milk
- 4 eggs
- Small pack vanilla sugar
- Vanilla ice cream
- Bresilienne nuts
- Caramel
- Whipped cream
Preparation
- Make the pancake dough using the flour, sugar, milk and eggs.
- Bake the pancakes in the pancake-maker.
- Place a small ball of vanilla ice on the pancakes.
- Cover the ice cream with caramel and sprinkle with nuts.
- Fold the pancakes and fi nish off with whipped cream.
- Serve immediately.
