  • Program: BRIOCHE

Ingredients

  • 189 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 101 g butter
  • 405 g white flour
  • 5 g salt
  • 54 g sugar
  • 2 g grain yeast

Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients in the baking tray and bake the bread using the BRIOCHE programme.
