Café frappé

Time: 10-15 min.


Ingredients

  • 2 tsp of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 2 espressos (or 1 cup of coffee)
  • 5 to 6 ice cubes

Preparation

 

  1. Make a cup of regular coffee or 2 espressos and let it cool.
  2. Put the vanilla sugar and milk in the milk frother.
  3. Froth the milk with the cold setting.
  4. Pour the frothed milk into a cooled glass, add the ice cubes and pour the cold coffee over it.
