Carrot cake smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 150 ml carrot juice
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into pieces
  • 3 tbsp oatmeal
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates (3 for those with a sweet tooth)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 150 ml yogurt

Preparation

 

  1. Combine all ingredients except the yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and stir in the yogurt.
  3. Garnish your smoothie bowl with a few toppings, such as nuts, seeds, banana, dates, oatmeal, etc.

Tip: slice the banana into pieces and freeze it overnight before using.
