Ingredients
- 150 ml carrot juice
- 1 frozen banana, cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- 2 pitted Medjool dates (3 for those with a sweet tooth)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 150 ml yogurt
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients except the yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour your smoothie into a bowl and stir in the yogurt.
- Garnish your smoothie bowl with a few toppings, such as nuts, seeds, banana, dates, oatmeal, etc.
Tip: slice the banana into pieces and freeze it overnight before using.
