Ingredients
- 700 g red or coloured cherry tomatoes
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable broth
- 700 ml water
- fresh or dried basil as garnish
Preparation
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the soup maker.
- Add the stock and water.
- Select the ‘Smooth’ programme.
- Garnish the soup with a few fresh basil leaves.
