DOMO Chicken meatballs

Chicken meatballs

Ingredients 

  • 600 g chicken mince
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a few sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Preparation 

 

  1. Mix the shallot and the garlic using a blender or chopper. Mix into the mince.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Coarsely chop the flat-leaf parsley and mix into the mince, together with a beaten egg and 4 tbsp breadcrumbs.
  4. Add some more breadcrumbs if the mince is too moist.
  5. Roll the mince into balls roughly the size of ping pong balls (approx. 4 cm).
  6. Fry the chicken balls on a stone grill or teppanyaki plate.
  7. Tip: these chicken balls can also be prepared in the deli-fryer (6 min. at 180°C).
