Ingredients
- 600 g chicken mince
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- a few sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Mix the shallot and the garlic using a blender or chopper. Mix into the mince.
- Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Coarsely chop the flat-leaf parsley and mix into the mince, together with a beaten egg and 4 tbsp breadcrumbs.
- Add some more breadcrumbs if the mince is too moist.
- Roll the mince into balls roughly the size of ping pong balls (approx. 4 cm).
- Fry the chicken balls on a stone grill or teppanyaki plate.
- Tip: these chicken balls can also be prepared in the deli-fryer (6 min. at 180°C).
