Ingredients
- 4 half chicken fillets, cubed
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Preparation
- Make a marinade of the soy sauce, the sake, the mirin and the sugar.
- Taste and add another tablespoon of sugar if necessary. Put the chicken cubes in the marinade.
- Marinate the cubes using the marinade function of the vacuum sealer (3 times 5 min.).
- Grind the chili flakes, the sesame seeds and the ginger powder with a mortar into a fragrant spice mixture.
- Take the chicken cubes from the marinade and put them on skewers. Spoon the remaining marinade over the chicken.
- Fry them 5 to 7 minutes on all sides on the teppanyaki plate.
- Before serving, sprinkle the herb mixture over them.
