Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cucumber
- 2 cm slice of pineapple
- 150 ml coconut water
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 5 ice cubes
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in the blender and mix to form a smoothie consistency.
