Cocos break smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • a handful of strawberries
  • a handful of cashew nuts
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 200 ml kefir or soya yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon of blackberries
  • 5 ice cubes

Preparation

 

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix to form a smoothie consistency.
