Ingredients
- 1 banana
- a handful of strawberries
- a handful of cashew nuts
- juice of 1 lime
- 200 ml kefir or soya yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of goji berries
- 1 tablespoon of blackberries
- 5 ice cubes
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in the blender and mix to form a smoothie consistency.
