Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 lemon
- Alfalfa (sprouts)
- 1 handful of coriander
- 1 handful of parsley
- 5 ice cubes
- 100 ml water
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in the blender and mix to form a smoothie consistency.
