Cool green smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Alfalfa (sprouts)
  • 1 handful of coriander
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 100 ml water

Preparation

 

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix to form a smoothie consistency.
