Ingredients
- 4 slices toast bread
- 2 tbsp. red pesto
- 1 ball mozzarella
- 4 slices smoked salmon
Preparation
- Spread the red pesto over two slices of toast bread and top with slices of mozzarella and smoked salmon.
- Cover with the other two slices of bread and bake the croques in the croque machine until the mozzarella has melted.
