Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes
- Italian herbs
- Optional: extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation

Wash the tomatoes and slice into wedges.

Season the tomatoes with Italian herbs.

Spread the wedges over the trays.
Tip: you could also preserve the tomatoes in oil after they’re done. Not only are they super tasty, they can also be preserved longer (1 week without oil, up to a month in oil). Put the tomatoes in a glass jar and pour oil over them until the tomatoes are completely immersed.
