Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- water
- lemon juice
- ground coconut
Preparation
- Peel the bananas and cut them into 1-cm slices.
- Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to a bowl of water.
- Sprinkle the banana slices with the lemon-water mixture.
- Place the banana slices on paper towels and dab them dry.
- Roll the banana in ground coconut.
- Place the plastic grill on a drying tray and put the banana slices on top without any overlapping.
- Set the food dehydrator at 65° for 10 hours.
