450 g carrots

2 tomatoes

240 g sweet potato

2 garlic cloves

850 ml water

2 tbsp vegetable stock

A pinch of turmeric

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp red curry paste

Pepper and salt mix to taste

Fresh basil for garnish
Preparation

Clean the carrots and tomatoes, then cut them into large chunks.

Peel and clean the sweet potatoes, then cut them into large chunks.

Peel the garlic cloves.

Add these ingredients to the blender. Pour in water, stock, turmeric, olive oil, curry paste, and seasoning.

Press the “Soup” programme button and let it run.

Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with some fresh basil.Smakelijk!
