Fried mushrooms with garlic, parsley, white wine and crispy pancetta

Time: 10-15 min.


Ingredients

  • 12 slices of pancetta
  • 1 cup of chestnut mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • dash of white wine
  • parsley
  • butter

Preparation

 

  1. Fry the slices of pancetta on the teppanyaki plate until nice and crispy.
  2. Peel the garlic and cut the cloves into small pieces.
  3. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
  4. Heat a bit of butter on the teppanyaki plate and fry the mushrooms with the garlic and parsley for a few minutes.
  5. Deglaze the mushrooms with a dash of white wine.
