Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 green or red chili pepper
  • 1 shallot
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tomato
  • pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit and peel.
  2. Cut the chili pepper and remove the seeds.
  3. Peel and chop the shallot and garlic clove coarsely.
  4. Blend the avocado with the chilli pepper, shallot, garlic clove, olive oil and the lime juice into a creamy mixture.
  5. Cut the tomato into small cubes and mix it into the avocado mixture.
  6. Season with pepper and salt.
