Ingredients
- 125 g coconut oil
- 200 g bitter chocolate
- 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks
- 60 g coconut blossom sugar
- 20 g spelt flour
- pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210 °C.
- Grease the moulds with a bit of coconut oil.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together au bain-marie.
- Beat the eggs and the egg yolks together with the coconut blossom sugar.
- Gradually add the chocolate and the sifted spelt flour with a pinch of salt.
- Fill the moulds and refrigerate to cool and harden.
- Bake the moelleux 10 - 13 minutes, depending on the size. The moelleux should still be somewhat fluid inside.
- Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream or cooked pears.
