Ingredients
- 1 kg floury potatoes
- 350 g mushrooms
- 1 clove finely diced garlic
- 150 g finely diced chives
- Skimmed milk or a pat of butter
- Olive oil
- Season to taste with pepper, salt and nutmeg
Preparation
- Peel and cook the potatoes.
- Quarter the mushrooms and braise them briefly with olive oil and the garlic.
- Mash the potatoes and add a dash of skimmed milk or a pat of butter to make them creamy.
- Mix the mushrooms into the purée, together with the chives.
- Season the purée to taste with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
