Time: 60 minutes


Ingredients

  • 150 g oats
  • 250 g flat cheese (0% fat)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 g sugar
  • Half an apple
  • Coconut oil (to grease the baking plates)

Preparation

  1. Grind the oatmeal into a fine powder.

     

  2. Mix all the ingredients (except the apple) together into a smooth mass. 

     

  3. Grate half an apple and mix it under the dough.
