Omelette

Ingredients 

  • 8 eggs
  • 100 g bacon bits
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 onion
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation 

  1. Cut the onion into fine rings.
  2. Cut the paprika into strips.
  3. Beat the eggs, adding pepper and salt.
  4. Lightly grease the bottom baking sheet.
  5. Spread the onion, paprika and bacon bits on the baking sheet.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients. Close the lid and allow to bake for +/- 5 min.
