Ingredients
- 1 kg floury potatoes
- 1 kg parsnip
- 4 cloves diced garlic
- 100 g rocket lettuce
- Skimmed milk or butter
- Season to taste with pepper, salt, nutmeg and thyme
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and the parsnip.
- Cut them into pieces.
- Cook the potatoes and the parsnip together with the garlic.
- Mash the potatoes together with the parsnip and garlic.
- To make the purée creamy, add a dash of skimmed milk or a pat of butter.
- Finish off with rocket lettuce and season to taste with pepper, salt, nutmeg and thyme.
