Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 150 g Brie
- 1 apple
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- lemon juice
- salt, pepper and thyme
Preparation
- Peel the apple, dice it and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Cut the Brie into cubes.
- Preheat the deli -fryer to 200 °C.
- Unroll the pastry and cut slices of 5 x 10 cm.
- Place pieces of Brie and apple on one half. Fold the other half over and press lightly.
- Brush the bites with the beaten egg yolk.
- Fry the bites at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes.
