Puff pastry bites with apple and Brie

Time: 20-25 min.


Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 150 g Brie
  • 1 apple
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • lemon juice
  • salt, pepper and thyme

Preparation

 

  1. Peel the apple, dice it and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Cut the Brie into cubes.
  3. Preheat the deli -fryer to 200 °C.
  4. Unroll the pastry and cut slices of 5 x 10 cm.
  5. Place pieces of Brie and apple on one half.
  6. Fold the other half over and press lightly.
  7. Brush the bites with the beaten egg yolk.
  8. Fry the bites at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes.
