Ingredients
- 250 g pumpkin
- 125 g oats
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Coconut oil (to grease the baking plates)
Preparation

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and boil in water.

Drain the water and allow the pumpkin to cool.

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix using a hand mixer until a smooth, creamy paste is formed.

Let the dough rest for an hour to allow it to stiffen before baking.

Tip: serve the waffle with agave syrup.
