Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparations

 

  1. Mix all ingredients in the blender.

  2. Serve in a bowl and decorate with toppings of your choice.

  3. Toppings as desired: banana, coconut flakes, chia seed, blueberries, mint leaves, etc.
