- Smoothie
Ingredients

1 apple

3/4 cucumber

1 avocado

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 handfuls of fresh spinach

200 ml water

1 date or honey, to taste
Preparation
- Clean the apple, cucumber, and spinach.
- Core the apple. Peel and pit the avocado.
- Cut the apple, cucumber, and avocado into chunks.
- Add all ingredients to the blender. Pour in the water and lemon juice.
- For a sweeter flavour, add a pitted date or a bit of honey.
- Press the “Smoothie” button and let the programme run.
