Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • a handful of blueberries
  • a handful of raspberries
  • a large glass of coconut water
  • juice of 1 orange
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • 5 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix to form a smoothie consistency.

Hemp seed can help to maintain your joints, cardiovascular system and memory in good condition, and helps to form your happiness hormone serotonin. Hemp seed is an excellent source of protein, and a great alternative to soya.
