Ingredients
- 1 kg sweet potatoes
- parsley
- butter
- cream
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Steam or boil them.
- Mix the potatoes with the help of the masher to a smooth mass.
- Add butter and cream as desired.
- Finish with finely chopped parsley, pepper and salt.
