Tiramisu soft ice cream

Ingredients

  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 50 ml fresh strong coffee
  • 75 g speculoos or biscoff
  • 1.5 tbsp creamy liqueur e.g. Baileys®

To garnish:

  • Grated chocolate
  • speculoos or biscoff

Preparation

  1. Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Put the mascarpone in a bowl with the milk and the coffee; beat until smooth.
  3. Fold the mascarpone mixture into the whipped cream and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
  5. After churning for 20 minutes, add the crushed biscuits and liqueur. You can use the fill opening for this.
