Ingredients
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 90 g sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 ml whole milk
- 50 ml fresh strong coffee
- 75 g speculoos or biscoff
- 1.5 tbsp creamy liqueur e.g. Baileys®
To garnish:
- Grated chocolate
- speculoos or biscoff
Preparation
- Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Put the mascarpone in a bowl with the milk and the coffee; beat until smooth.
- Fold the mascarpone mixture into the whipped cream and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
- After churning for 20 minutes, add the crushed biscuits and liqueur. You can use the fill opening for this.
