Vanilla-almond granola

Ingredients

  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 120 g almonds
  • 7 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • generous pinch of salt

Preparation

 

  1. Chop the almonds with a large knife.
  2. Put all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Put the mixture on a baking tray and spread well.
  4. Place the tray in the oven at 150°C for 25 to 30 min.
  5. Allow to cool completely.
  6. Store in an airtight jar.
