Ingredients
- 200 g oatmeal
- 120 g almonds
- 7 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- generous pinch of salt
Preparation
- Chop the almonds with a large knife.
- Put all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
- Put the mixture on a baking tray and spread well.
- Place the tray in the oven at 150°C for 25 to 30 min.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight jar.
