Ingredients
- 290 ml water
- 1+3/4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 467 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 8,5 g grain yeast
- 1+3/4 tbsp broken linseed
Preparation

Place the ingredients in the baking tray and bake the bread using the WHOLE WHEAT program.

Good to know: Coconut oil is a saturated fat, but is nonetheless completely healthy. It stimulates food combustion and contains a substance that attacks fungi, moulds, bacteria and viruses. With its combination of wholemeal spelt flour and broken linseed, this bread is also really good for the stomach function and digestion.
