Zucchini crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 courgette
  • peper
  • zout
  • olijfolie

Preparation

  1. Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
  2. Sprinkle with olive oil.
  3. Season these slices of zucchini with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread these slices on the grill.
  5. Select the “food dryer” programme.
  6. Set the food dehydrator at 65° for 8 hours.
