Preparation
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
- Sprinkle with olive oil.
- Season these slices of zucchini with salt and pepper.
- Spread these slices on the grill.
- Select the “food dryer” programme.
- Set the food dehydrator at 65° for 8 hours.
