Dark cocoa bread

Setting DOMO Bread makers:

  • Program: FRENCH

Ingredients 

  • 300 ml water
  • 1+3/4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1+1/2 tsp salt
  • 2+1/3 tbsp cane sugar
  • 130 g ryemeal
  • 80 g wholemeal wheat flour
  • 234 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp grain yeast
  • 23 g breadcrumbs
  • 1+1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation 

  1. Place the ingredients in the baking tray and bake the bread using the FRENCH program. Use genuine pure cocoa powder, not a derived product. 

     

  2. Good to know: Cocoa is a genuine source of anti-oxydants, magnesium and iron, giving it beneficial effects on blood pressure and blood circulation. What’s more: cocoa makes you happy!
