Ingredients
- 270 ml water
- 1+3/4 tbsp olive oil
- 1+1/2 tsp salt
- 1+3/4 tbsp cane sugar
- 395 g flour
- 70 g buckwheat
- 1 tsp grain yeast
- 47 g walnuts
Preparation
- Chop the walnuts up fine.
- Place the ingredients – apart from the chopped walnuts - in the baking tray and bake the bread using the BASIC program.
- Add the chopped walnuts after the beep.
