Walnut-buckwheat bread

Time: 200 minutes

Setting DOMO Bread maker:

  • Program: BASIC

Ingredients 

  • 270 ml water
  • 1+3/4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1+1/2 tsp salt
  • 1+3/4 tbsp cane sugar
  • 395 g flour
  • 70 g buckwheat
  • 1 tsp grain yeast
  • 47 g walnuts

Preparation 

  1. Chop the walnuts up fine.
  2. Place the ingredients – apart from the chopped walnuts - in the baking tray and bake the bread using the BASIC program.
  3. Add the chopped walnuts after the beep.
