Exotic banana chips

Time: 10 hours


Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • water
  • lemon juice
  • ground coconut

Preparation

 

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into 1-cm slices.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to a bowl of water.
  3. Sprinkle the banana slices with the lemon-water mixture.
  4. Place the banana slices on paper towels and dab them dry.
  5. Roll the banana in ground coconut.
  6. Place the plastic grill on a drying tray and put the banana slices on top without any overlapping.
  7. Set the food dehydrator at 65° for 10 hours.
