Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 dl lemon juice
- 200g sugar
- 3 dl water
Preparation
- Peel 2 lemons, without the white under the skin.
- Let the skin soak in the 3 dl water for about 30 min.
- Strain the water and the lemon juice.
- Mix this fluid together with the sugar and the egg white.
- Add this mixture in the ice cream maker. Time: +/- 45 min.
