Ingredients
- 2 rolls puff pastry
- 500 g mince
- 2 egg yolk, beaten
- pili pili, salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the deli-fryer to 200 °C.
- Season the mince with pili pili, salt and pepper.
- Cut the pastry into slices. Place some mince on one half of each slice.
- Fold the other half over and press lightly. Make sure the mini sausage rolls are about 3 x 4 cm in size.
- Brush the sausage rolls with the beaten egg yolk.
- Bake the sausage rolls at 200 °C for 10 to 12 minutes.
