DOMO Mini sausage rolls deli-fryer

Mini sausage rolls

Quantity: for 4 people

Time: 35 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 rolls puff pastry
  • 500 g mince
  • 2 egg yolk, beaten
  • pili pili, salt and pepper

Preparation

 

  1. Preheat the deli-fryer to 200 °C.
  2. Season the mince with pili pili, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the pastry into slices. Place some mince on one half of each slice.
  4. Fold the other half over and press lightly. Make sure the mini sausage rolls are about 3 x 4 cm in size.
  5. Brush the sausage rolls with the beaten egg yolk.
  6. Bake the sausage rolls at 200 °C for 10 to 12 minutes.
