Domo Pizza dough

Pizza dough

Time: 120 minutes

Setting DOMO Bread maker:

  • Program: DOUGH

Ingredients

  • 230 ml water
  • 2+1/3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1+1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 457 g white flour
  • 1+1/2 tsp grain yeast
    OR 11 g fresh yeast

Preparation 

  1. Place the ingredients in the baking tray and knead the dough using the DOUGH program.

  2. Take the dough out of the machine and divide into 6 pellets.

  3. Place 1 pellet on a worktop sprinkled with flour, and roll it flat into a round shape, using a dough-roller coated with flour.

  4. Place the dough on a slightly greased baking tray and prick with a fork.

  5. Garnish and bake the pizza in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C.

     

  6. Tip: are you keeping some dough for later? Wrap the pellets of dough in foil and store them in a deep-freezing bag in the freezer. This way, you can store the dough another 2-3 months.
