Potato wedges with chicken and a fresh salad

Ingredients

  • 2 small potatoes
  • salt, garlic powder and potato spices
  • olive oil
  • 3 strips of chicken
  • paprika and chicken seasoning

Preparation

 

  1. Cut the potatoes, with or without peel, into wedges. The thickness of the wedges will determine the cooking time. The thinner the wedges, the quicker they will be ready.
  2. Put the wedges in a bowl and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well and season with a pinch of salt, garlic and potato spices.
  3. Season the chicken with paprika and chicken seasoning.
  4. Preheat the deli-fryer to 180 °C.
  5. Fry the wedges and chicken together in the deli-fryer at 180 °C for 18–22 minutes. Shake the wedges at regular intervals.  
  6. Serve with a fresh salad.
