Ingredients
- 2 small potatoes
- salt, garlic powder and potato spices
- olive oil
- 3 strips of chicken
- paprika and chicken seasoning
Preparation
- Cut the potatoes, with or without peel, into wedges. The thickness of the wedges will determine the cooking time. The thinner the wedges, the quicker they will be ready.
- Put the wedges in a bowl and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well and season with a pinch of salt, garlic and potato spices.
- Season the chicken with paprika and chicken seasoning.
- Preheat the deli-fryer to 180 °C.
- Fry the wedges and chicken together in the deli-fryer at 180 °C for 18–22 minutes. Shake the wedges at regular intervals.
- Serve with a fresh salad.
