DOMO salmon en papillote deli-fryer

Salmon en papillote with vegetables and purée

Quantity: for 1 person

Ingredients

  • piece of salmon, approx. 150 g
  • ¼ zucchini
  • 1 sweet paprika
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

 

  1. Preheat the deli-fryer to 200 °C.
  2. Mince the zucchini, sweet paprika and carrot.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Place the salmon on a piece of aluminium foil or baking paper.
  5. Sprinkle the salmon with some lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the vegetables to the salmon. Close the papillote.
  7. Bake the papillote in the deli-fryer at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve the salmon with a purée.
