Ingredients
- piece of salmon, approx. 150 g
- ¼ zucchini
- 1 sweet paprika
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the deli-fryer to 200 °C.
- Mince the zucchini, sweet paprika and carrot.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Place the salmon on a piece of aluminium foil or baking paper.
- Sprinkle the salmon with some lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the vegetables to the salmon. Close the papillote.
- Bake the papillote in the deli-fryer at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
- Serve the salmon with a purée.
